At ANNE VEST we always work to make sure that you as a customer is satisfied with purchase at out webshop. However, should this not be the case, we kindly ask you to read our Terms & Conditions.
In order to complete your purchase on our Site you will be required to provide your personal details.
In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.
Processing Your Order
It is our mission to give all our customers the full ANNE VEST experience when they visit our webshop. Most of the products are ready to ship from our Copenhagen Warehouse within 1-2 days, but for some products we might need a few extra day. Below you can read about how we process your order and you find an overview of the line of communication regarding your order.
1. Order Acknowledgement
Once you have placed your order on the Site, you will receive an e-mail acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT a legal acceptance of your, just an electronic confirmation that we have received your order. The amount of your order is currently only reserved on your credit card.
2. Order Confirmation
When our Team has registered your order, you will receive the Order Confirmation with relevant details such as expected date of Shipping. Our Team will contact you before the Order is confirmed, in case we need extra days to ship your order.
As the order is completed we will issue the invoice and the total amount will be deducted your credit card.
We will send you the invoice by e-mail and your Invoice will be included in the parcel and it is conserved as receipt of your purchase. In the parcel you will also find the Packing slip.
4. Shipping Information
Our Warehouse Team will pack your order very carefully and provide you with the tracking information for your parcel by e-mail.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn. Our team will contact you during step 2 above, in any of these cases.
Terms of Shipping
Complimentary shipping applies on all orders on this Site. All orders will be shipped by DHL.
You will receive your Shipping and Tracking information by e-mail as soon as the parcel has been shipped.
Delivery Time Denmark: 1-3 weekdays, or as agreed in Order Confirmation.
Delivery Time inside EU: 3-5 weekdays, or as agreed in Order Confirmation.
Delivery Time outside EU: 4-8 weekdays, or as agreed in Order Confirmation.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the case your delivery address is not serviced by DHL.
Certain countries are not eligible to direct delivery; therefor your parcel may be delivered to nearest DHL parcel pick up location.
Return and Cancel and Exchange Policy
Under Danish law you have the right to return and cancel or exchange your order within 14 days from the date of arrival as according to your shipping documents.
According to this law, all items must be returned unused with all ANNE VEST garment tags and authenticity card still attached. Returns that have been used or are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and the refund will be refused and the parcel will be returned.
Follow these guidelines if you wish to return or exchange a product purchased on the Site:
1. Contact our Team and let us know if you wish to exchange a product or return/cancel your order, including your Invoice or Order Confirmation number. Our Team will follow up accordingly.
2. Prepare and pack the return shipment just as carefully as when you received the order. Include the packing slip as proof of purchase.
3. Always arrange return shipment by a currier providing a Track’n’Trace service.
4. Inform our Team by e-mail when the return parcel has been shipped. According to the return policy, the currier must have picked up the parcel within the 14 days from the order arrival date.
When your return is accepted, we will reimburse using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction. Please be noted that transfer may take up to 5 bank days to finilize. Save a copy of the return for your own documentations.
In the event you wish to make an exchange but not for different size but for item with a different price, you must return your item for full reimbursement and then place a new order for your requested item separately.
In accordance with the Danish Purchase Act you as a consumer is granted a 24-month warranty on all products. However, for any complaints proof of purchase is required (original Invoice). The claim does not apply to products, which are defective to cause of damage or wear and tear due to misuse, lack of maintenance or normal wear. The claim applies to products, which are defective due to production issue or material issue.
