We at ANNE VEST always work to make sure, you as a customer is satisfied with your product purchased at our webshop. However, should this not be the case, we kindly ask you to read our Terms & Conditions.
In order to make purchases on the Site you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT a legal acceptance of your order, just a electronic confirmation that we have received your order.
Once your chosen product is registered in our stock and is ready to be dispatched the amount will be deducted your credit card. You will when your parcel is dispatched receive an email informing you of your Tracking Number. Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and ANNE VEST will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. Your invoice will be included in your parcel and is considered as receipt of your purchase.
Acceptance of your order / Items not in stock
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the TOS.
Should an item not be in stock, or should an error or problem occur in regards to you order, we will contact you at soonest convenience to make further arrangements.
Prices shown on annevest.dk are in EURO and inclusive of 25% VAT
For all NON-EU customers please note that all prices shown on annevest.dk are exclusive relevant tax and import duty.
If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in Euros or other currencies, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
ANNE VEST reserves the right for price changes, tax changes and proofreading errors.
We accept Dankort, Visa, MaterCard via Stripe. Your payment information is transmitted between you and ANNE VEST using encryption to insure your safety. Payment is done online and will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by ANNE VEST. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it.
Personal data such as (name/address/email account etc.) will not encrypted and only used internally.
Delivery within Denmark
ANNE VEST always strive to dispatch your order as soon as possible, within 2 weekdays after receipt your payment in full.
All parcels sent within Denmark are sent under insured Danish parcel service through POSTNORD. Once your order is dispatch you will receive a “track and trace” parcel number, by which you are able to follow your parcel.
Purchases done on ANNE VEST.DK are inclusive delivery. All returns are at customers own expense.
ANNE VEST insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by ANNE VEST, and transfer of responsibility in the same way. The goods are your responsibility from the time we deliver them to the address you gave us.
Parcels abroad (for customers residing outside Denmark) are sent using insured Danish Parcel Service through POSTNORD or by TNT on the ANNE VEST account.
Once your order is dispatch you will receive a “track and trace” parcel number, by which you are able to follow your parcel.
Delivery time EU: approx. 3-5 weekdays.
Delivery other countries: 4-8 weekdays
Certain countries are not eligible to direct-delivery, therefor your parcel may be delivered to nearest post office. These countries include Sweden, Norway, Finland, the Faroe Islands, Iceland and Greenland. Parcels to other EU countries will be delivered to receivers address as Private Priority.
Returns and Exchanges
Under Danish law you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. We will make reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the re-imbursement.
In the event you wish to exchange an item for another, you must return your purchased item for full reimbursement to ANNE VEST, STORE REGNEGADE 5, 2. TV, 1110 COPENHAGEN K, DENMARK, and then place a new order for your requested item separately. (Kindly read cancellation and return policy)

For any returns ANNE VEST will require documentation for your purchase, kindly enclose your original invoice of your purchase inside the return parcel for documentation.
Please fill in the return form and include it in the return parcel together with the item and the original invoice. You will have to bear the cost of returning the goods.

Items should be returned unused and with all ANNE VEST garment tags and authenticity cards still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
When your return is accepted, we will make reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the re-imbursement. Please be noted that transfer may take up to 5 weekdays to finalize. Save a copy of the return for your own documentation. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
When returning by postal delivery to our address must be used –NO Postal Office/ other Postal pick-up subcontractors may be used. If the parcel is not sent using postal delivery to our address, the parcel will be returned to you.
In accordance with the Danish Purchase Act you as a consumer is granted a 24 months warranty on all products.
However, for any complaints proof of purchase is required (production of the original invoice / receipt for the product concerned).
The claim does not apply to products, which are defective to cause of damage or wear and tear due to misuse, lack of maintenance or normal wear.
